End indefinite detention: charge or release the last two Kuwaitis held in Guantanamo

Fawzi al-Odah and Fayiz al-Kandari, now in their mid-30s, are Kuwaiti nationals who have spent the last nine years in U.S. detention at Guantánamo, without being charged with a crime. Despite the Kuwaiti government’s request for their return, they have no idea when, or if, their imprisonment will end. Let President Obama and Attorney General Holder know that this is unacceptable. Life in prison should never be possible for someone who has not been convicted of a crime.
